About the role

The Store Manager will organise and lead the sales team, ensuring an excellent customer experience across our locations. You will actively participate in sales, maintain the visual identity of the store, manage product receipt and storage, verify price accuracy and take part in inventory counts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the sales team, monitoring performance and providing feedback.
• Drive sales results and propose improvement measures.
• Oversee visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Coordinate product receiving, storage and inventory control.
• Ensure correct pricing and conduct regular inventory checks.
• Train new employees and support existing staff.
• Handle administrative tasks that support sales targets and a positive store atmosphere.
