About the role

The Mechanical Projects Manager will independently lead and coordinate maintenance activities for mechanical equipment and systems, ensuring both routine and extraordinary upkeep. The role focuses on rapid technical problem solving and guaranteeing optimal system performance in line with legal regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor maintenance plans for mechanical installations.
• Prepare tender documentation, select contractors and oversee contracted work.
• Coordinate daily interactions with colleagues from various departments and external service providers.
• Monitor emerging technologies and maintenance methods to continuously improve operations.

Required profile

• University degree (VSS/VŠS) in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in maintaining mechanical systems, preferably HVAC, PTV and pool installations.
• Knowledge of relevant legal obligations and regulations in the mechanical field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good communication skills, flexibility and teamwork orientation.
• Driving licence category B.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Advanced use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of HVAC, PTV and pool system maintenance.
• Good command of English.
