Trainee in Production and Logistics Operations

About the role

This one‑year trainee program is designed for recent engineering graduates who want to start a career in production, logistics, maintenance or energy operations within a modern brewery environment. You will work on real projects, receive mentorship from experienced engineers and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Gain practical experience in production and logistics operations through a structured one‑year program.
• Participate in technical projects and challenges in the Maintenance and/or Energy department.
• Learn how a modern production facility operates and cooperate with various internal teams.
• Develop technical, analytical and business knowledge by solving real‑world problems.
• Build a professional network and exchange best practices with colleagues from other countries.
• Continue your career at the brewery after successful completion of the program.

Required profile

• Near graduation or graduated within the last two years from Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related technical faculty.
• Strong desire to build a career in maintenance, energy or production operations.
• Good command of English for business communication.
• Experience in student projects or extracurricular activities.
• Well‑developed analytical skills.
• Motivated by challenges, continuous learning and taking initiative.
• Reliable, result‑oriented and a team player.

What we offer

• Monthly gross salary ranging from 1,800 EUR to 2,100 EUR (depending on experience).
• 13th month salary and a Christmas bonus of 332 EUR net.
