About the role

Plodine, one of Croatia’s leading supermarket chains, is looking for a Shift Manager to lead the daily operations of a store during a single shift. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth workflow, meeting performance targets and motivating the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the complete supermarket workflow for one shift, including ordering, scheduling and work organization.
• Implement and monitor set business parameters to achieve productivity goals.
• Drive productivity improvements and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to deliver excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education (KV/SSS) or equivalent.
• Several years of experience in retail or similar environment.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to work in a team.
