About the role

As the right‑hand of the store manager, you will lead the daily shift, coordinate the team and ensure high‑quality service while actively contributing to sales in a fashion retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and lead the shift, coordinating team members and directing work.
• Maintain high service standards by actively participating in sales and managing operational processes from goods receipt to brand‑standard merchandising.
• Ensure the store presents a professional appearance and a pleasant atmosphere for customers.
• Monitor results and make daily decisions that support profit growth and achievement of targets.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and at least one year of sales experience.
• Secondary or higher education (SSS or VŠS).
• Proactive attitude, ability to take initiative and motivate the team.
• Strong organisational skills and adaptability to change.
• Good interpersonal skills and a positive energy that influences colleagues and customers.
• Eagerness to learn, develop and assume increasing responsibility.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Internet).
• Ability to communicate in English in everyday situations.
