About the role

The Non‑food Sector Manager will lead the assortment of non‑food items, including cosmetics and chemicals, across SPAR stores in Croatia. You will ensure efficient organization, high‑quality service and achievement of sales targets while maintaining strict hygiene and HACCP standards.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and manage the non‑food (or cosmetics & chemistry) product range.
• Lead and coordinate staff to work efficiently and collaboratively.
• Prepare accurate and timely orders.
• Check displayed prices, expiry dates, quantities and product quality.
• Coordinate and supervise product sales during promotional actions.
• Take responsibility for meeting business results.
• Apply HACCP system requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness of work surfaces and personal appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Open and close the store.
• Provide courteous, knowledgeable service and advice to customers.

Required profile

• Secondary school education (SSS).
• Retail work experience.
• Preferably experience in supervising and managing staff.
• Good knowledge of the product assortment.
• Basic computer skills are a plus.
• Reliability and neatness in task execution.
