About the role

You will lead and develop a store team, ensure the brand image is upheld and guarantee every customer receives an excellent experience. You will also take part in sales when needed and use business analysis to support decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Motivate and manage the team to achieve outstanding results.
• Maintain brand standards and deliver top‑class customer service.
• Participate in sales activities during peak periods.
• Analyze store performance and monitor results to guide decisions.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion.
• Secondary school or higher education.
• At least one year of experience in a sales supervisory role.
• Proactive, positive attitude and ability to inspire others.
• Well‑organized and adaptable to change.
• Strong people skills and team motivation.
• Good command of English for daily communication.
• Eagerness to learn, develop and take on greater responsibility.
