About the role

The Procurement Manager will lead the sourcing and purchasing activities for Tekstilpromet, ensuring timely delivery of goods in line with company strategy and market demand.

Key responsibilities

• Research the procurement market and negotiate with suppliers.
• Organise purchasing and delivery of goods according to approved plans and deadlines.
• Lead and coordinate the entire procurement process in line with corporate policy and strategic goals.
• Ensure proper labeling and equipment of goods following internal procedures and legal regulations.
• Propose extensions or additions to the product range and optimise existing assortments.
• Analyse, monitor and report on agreed performance parameters.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics or Technology‑Textile field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong negotiation, communication and organisational abilities.
• Result‑oriented, proactive and able to work independently.
• Valid B‑category driving licence.

Required skills

• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency.
