About the role

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and supervise daily activities.
• Motivate, coach and develop team members to ensure high productivity and satisfaction.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify improvement areas and implement new initiatives.
• Optimise internal processes and procedures to increase efficiency.
• Prepare regular reports on results and achievements.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations.
• Maintain active communication with internal and external partners.
• Manage resources effectively.

Required profile

• University degree in economics, engineering or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in a supervisory position.
• Proven team‑leadership and project‑management abilities.
• Strong organisational and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to solve problems independently and make decisions.
• Proactive, result‑oriented attitude.
• Fluent spoken and written Croatian.
• Valid category B driving licence.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Familiarity with the REMARIS hospitality management system.
