About the role

The Key Account Manager will manage relationships with major customers such as hotels, driving sales growth and ensuring service excellence across all collaboration levels.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with key customers at all cooperation levels.
• Coordinate contract processes and negotiate agreements.
• Conduct regular commercial contacts to strengthen customer partnerships.
• Analyze sales data and implement action plans to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with internal departments to optimise orders and product availability.
• Handle customer complaints and continuously improve service quality.
• Contribute to strategy development tailored to key customer needs.
• Prepare regular and ad‑hoc reports on customer turnover down to the SKU level.

Required profile

• University degree in economics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in HoReCa.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills with the ability to set priorities.
• Customer‑focused mindset and ability to build trust.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and openness to change.

Required skills

• Proficient use of English.
• Advanced Excel skills.
