About the role

The Croatian Financial Services Agency (HANFA) is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support internal users with IT program solutions, model business processes and ensure smooth project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and negotiate internal user requirements for IT applications.
• Model and document business processes, create functional and technical specifications, test scenarios and project plans.
• Conduct user training sessions and prepare educational materials.
• Coordinate solution development with external vendors and oversee system testing and configuration verification.
• Collaborate with international institutions and other regulators on IT business support matters.
• Lead the project team, manage delivery timelines and report status to senior management.

Required profile

• University bachelor’s degree (minimum 180 ECTS).
• At least 4 years of experience in business analysis or software development project management.
• Understanding of programming concepts, databases and IT/project documentation.
• Proven experience leading teams according to project methodologies.
• Fluent English and good knowledge of MS Office.
