About the role

The Sales Representative for Barcaffe espresso coffee will act as the key partner on the field, promoting the brand and ensuring product availability across the Osijek‑Baranja region. You will build strong relationships with customers, uncover growth opportunities and represent the espresso coffee line at trainings, presentations and promotional events.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop business relationships with existing partners.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand market presence.
• Achieve sales plans and targets set by the company.
• Organise and deliver educational sessions and product presentations.
• Execute promotions and activation activities at client sites.
• Monitor product quality and market feedback.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on results.
• Ability to work independently in a field‑based environment.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
