About the role
The Sports Equipment Sales Associate will work in the club's Fan Shop, handling product sales, cashier duties and customer interaction to boost revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Sell club merchandise and services in the Fan Shop.
- Operate the cash register, manage cash deposits and perform end‑of‑shift cash reconciliation.
- Restock shelves and maintain inventory levels in the shop’s internal storage.
- Order merchandise daily to meet shop demand.
- Maintain the visual identity of the sales area.
- Communicate with customers, suggest promotions and actions to increase sales.
Required profile
- Polite and friendly attitude towards customers.
- Secondary education (mid‑level qualification).
- Basic English proficiency (A2 level).
- Previous retail experience is a plus.
