About the role

The company is looking for a motivated Field Representative to work in the Primorsko‑goranska region. You will be the face of the brand, building relationships with existing customers and acquiring new ones while ensuring product visibility and sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and gather competitor insights.
• Visit existing customers on‑site and develop strong relationships.
• Identify and open new customer accounts.
• Maintain product presentation and shelf exposure.
• Coordinate and monitor field sales activities.
• Implement promotional actions for customers.
• Oversee invoicing and payment collection.
• Achieve regional sales targets and report results.
• Set up inventory and promotional materials for partners.
• Participate in inventory counts and related administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary school education (SSS).
• At least three years of experience in commercial sales.
• Valid B‑category driver’s licence with minimum two years of active driving experience.
• Basic knowledge of English.
• Diligent, conscientious and responsible work attitude.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
