About the role

We are looking for a Production Technologist to manage and optimise our food manufacturing processes at our Sesvete facility. The role involves ensuring product quality, efficiency and compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise the production process.
• Analyse processes to improve performance and quality.
• Develop and implement new production methods.
• Order and monitor raw material inventory.
• Prepare production plans based on orders and capacity planning.
• Monitor efficiency, cost‑effectiveness and product quality.
• Ensure compliance with quality control systems and safety regulations.
• Oversee maintenance activities for machinery and equipment.
• Develop new products in line with management requirements and collaborate with other departments.
• Maintain HACCP and ISO 9001 systems.

Required profile

• Completed undergraduate or graduate studies in food technology, biotechnology, food engineering or nutrition.
• Knowledge of HACCP systems.
• Understanding of food production technological processes.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Willingness to learn and follow new processes.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Excellent organisational abilities, including production process organisation and experience managing production staff.
• Computer literacy with MS Office.
• High motivation, pro‑active attitude and flexibility regarding working hours.
• Team‑player mindset.
• Relevant work experience is desirable.
