About the role

We are expanding our team in Delnice and are looking for a skilled welder to join our production technology unit. You will work on steel structures, ensuring high‑quality welds that meet our technical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform MIG/MAG welding of steel constructions according to drawings, norms and welding technology.
• Prepare, maintain and clean the workstation and tools while adhering to Palfinger values and conduct rules.
• Observe occupational health and safety regulations at all times.
• Operate electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment safely.
• Participate in training and development activities required for the role.

Required profile

• Secondary school with a technical focus.
• Basic knowledge of technical drawings.
• Previous experience in similar welding positions.
• Flexibility, punctuality and responsibility.
• Welder certification is desirable but not mandatory.
