About the role

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our life insurance administration team and support anti‑money‑laundering (AML) activities. The role combines processing of life insurance policies with compliance tasks to ensure regulatory standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Process requests related to the issuance, amendment and termination of life insurance policies.
• Enter, verify and update data in business applications, including changes to policyholders, beneficiaries, addresses and payment methods.
• Communicate with the sales network, clients and internal units to resolve inquiries, complaints and requests.
• Prepare reports and analyses on administrative processes.
• Participate in the implementation and improvement of AML measures, including customer identification (KYC) and deep‑dive analysis.
• Screen clients against databases and sanctions lists, analyse transactions for suspicious activity and collect required documentation.
• Support internal and regulatory audits by preparing data and documentation.
• Monitor regulatory changes and apply them in daily work, collaborating with compliance, audit and supervisory authorities.

Required profile

• University degree in economics, law or a related field.
• Relevant experience in life insurance administration and knowledge of AML/CTF regulations.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• High accuracy, confidentiality and professional integrity.
• Strong analytical, organizational and deadline‑management skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork, proactive attitude and willingness to continuously learn.

Required skills

• Advanced use of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
