Spa Operations & Marketing Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to support the daily operations of our spa centres in Croatia and Austria. The role combines administrative, procurement, and marketing tasks, providing essential backing to our spa reception teams and internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with guests and clients via phone and email, supporting spa reception desks.
• Assist the procurement department in processing and coordinating orders for spa centres and liaise with suppliers.
• Participate in the preparation, organization, and delivery of products and materials for spa locations.
• Support marketing activities and company projects, including social‑media initiatives.
• Coordinate everyday office activities to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Active knowledge of German (spoken and written).
• Active knowledge of English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Independent, precise, and responsible work style.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in hospitality or wellness is a plus.
• Familiarity with social‑media and marketing tools (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Mailchimp) is advantageous.
