About the role

JASIKA d.o.o. is looking for a Service Technician to install, maintain and service laboratory equipment for its clients across Croatia. The role includes training users on the proper operation of devices and providing post‑sales technical support.

Key responsibilities

• Install and commission laboratory instruments and related software.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on diagnostic and biomedical equipment.
• Educate customers on equipment use, safety procedures and application software.
• Provide post‑sales technical assistance, including remote and on‑site support.
• Travel daily throughout Croatia to client sites and document service activities.

Required profile

• Higher education (SSS/VŠS/VSS) in a technical or biomedical field.
• Preferable experience in similar service or installation roles.
• Good command of English.
• Valid B‑category driving licence.
• Computer literacy and ability to work with software applications.
• Strong communication, reliability, teamwork and flexibility.
