About the role

Implant Centar Frankić, a member of the Adria Dental Group, is looking for a Dental Assistant (m/f) to ensure high‑quality dental‑medical care and a positive patient experience. The role involves supporting dentists in a fast‑paced clinic environment in Split.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the treatment room, instruments, equipment and materials for each procedure.
• Assist the dentist during diagnostic and therapeutic interventions.
• Prepare and care for patients before, during and after treatments.
• Plan, order and triage patients according to the type of procedure.
• Carry out sterilisation and disinfection processes.
• Maintain documentation and administrative tasks in the dental CRM system.
• Monitor consumables and medication stocks and place timely orders.
• Record and dispose of medical waste in compliance with regulations.

Required profile

• Secondary school education with a dental assistant focus or re‑qualification for the dental assistant title.
• Valid approval for independent work from the Croatian Chamber of Dental Medicine or the Croatian Chamber of Medical Nurses.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Empathy, patience and understanding when dealing with patients.
• Attention to detail, precision and accuracy.
• Basic computer literacy.

Required skills

• Proficiency with dental CRM software.
• Computer literacy (basic office applications).
