About the role

The Service Technician for IT equipment will provide on‑site and remote support to contracted customers, diagnosing and repairing hardware and software faults. The role combines field work, customer interaction, and administrative tasks to ensure equipment reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Visit customer locations to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Perform diagnostic testing and fault analysis on IT equipment.
• Order and manage spare parts, and carry out repairs on devices.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and related administrative records.
• Provide telephone support for customers unable to schedule on‑site visits.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education, preferably in technical, telecommunications or computer studies.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong teamwork orientation and willingness to work in the field.
• Readiness for on‑call duty and flexible working hours.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience.
