About the role

The Coffee Machine Service Technician ensures that coffee equipment in hospitality venues operates flawlessly, supporting continuous service for customers who love their coffee. You will work on‑site at various locations, diagnosing faults, performing repairs, and providing high‑quality technical support.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose faults and carry out workshop repairs of coffee machines.
• Perform on‑site refurbishment of coffee machines at base locations.
• Execute urgent interventions at client sites.
• Install and dismantle coffee machines in hospitality establishments.
• Maintain machines at client locations according to job requirements.
• Complete all required work documentation.
• Deliver quality service using the latest technological and process advancements in the sector.
• Support sales representatives and internal users with technical advice within the assigned zone.

Required profile

• Goal‑oriented and adaptable in work situations.
• Previous experience in a similar role or in the hospitality field.
• Technical aptitude for working with hospitality equipment or willingness to acquire it.
• Readiness for field work and travel.
• Team‑player with good communication skills.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
• Basic understanding of English.
