Senior SAP CO Consultant

About the role

An experienced SAP CO Consultant is sought by a client (ANDRITZ) to join its team in Croatia. The role shapes global SAP solutions and works on international projects, improving the global SAP S/4HANA template and harmonising controlling processes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality SAP CO solutions and improve the global SAP S/4HANA template
• Optimise controlling processes: cost center accounting, project costing, product costing, profitability analysis and reporting
• Design and implement scalable SAP solutions through customizing, and manage complex change requests from requirement to release
• Create and review technical specifications and coordinate development activities
• Support international SAP rollout projects and contribute to the global SAP template
• Coordinate system, integration and acceptance testing
• Run workshops, user training and knowledge-transfer sessions
• Mentor consulting resources and work with internal stakeholders, external partners and SAP experts

Required profile

• Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science or comparable qualification
• 5+ years of SAP CO consulting experience, preferably in an international environment
• Proven ability to turn business requirements into scalable SAP concepts and technical solutions
• Experience with SAP customizing and complex change requests
• Fluent English and willingness to travel for international rollout projects

Required skills

• SAP Controlling, overhead cost controlling, project costing, product costing, profitability analysis and reporting
• SAP Fiori; strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA CO and SAP PS
• Advantageous: FI, PP, MM, SD; SAP planning, SAP Analytics Cloud and embedded analytics
