Senior Brand Manager (m/ž)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Brand Manager with strong sales and commercial expertise to drive brand development, increase sales, and achieve business objectives for internationally recognised beauty brands.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage and develop assigned brands in the market.
• Define commercial strategies focused on sales growth and profitability.
• Monitor and analyse sales, margins, market trends and competitor activity.
• Prepare sales plans, forecasts and budgets.
• Develop existing and new sales channels.
• Negotiate and collaborate with key customers, distributors and partners.
• Plan and commercially lead new product launches.
• Set pricing, promotional and distribution strategies.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sales, commercial, business development or brand management.
• Proven track record managing a brand, category or product portfolio.
• Strong experience in sales negotiations and working with key customers.
• Solid understanding of revenue, margin, profitability, forecasting and budgeting.
• Demonstrated results in sales, revenue or market‑share growth.
• High level of autonomy, responsibility and result orientation.
• Excellent command of English.
