About the role

We are looking for a responsible Kitchen Manager to lead the preparation of gablec in our Zagreb restaurant. The role involves overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring high quality dishes and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Know the menu and prepare ingredients according to standards and procedures.
Maintain focus on work quality and guest satisfaction.
Follow storage regulations and uphold hygiene standards.
Keep the work area and equipment clean.
Use kitchen inventory, equipment and devices properly and conscientiously.
Apply HACCP rules.
Organise staff work.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar colleagues.

Required profile

Responsible and detail‑oriented.
Good knowledge of menu items and food preparation norms.
Commitment to hygiene and safety regulations.
Ability to lead and coordinate kitchen staff.

Required skills

HACCP implementation.
Food safety and storage regulations.
Menu planning and ingredient preparation.
Inventory management.
