Sales Specialist – MV/LV Switchgear & Digital Solutions

About the role

ABB is looking for a Sales Specialist to drive growth of MV/LV switchgear and digital solutions within the Industry segment across the ABB Croatia Cluster. You will act as a technical ambassador, linking customers with ABB’s manufacturing capabilities and delivering solutions that improve efficiency and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate delivery times, payment terms and conditions to customers in line with ABB strategy.
• Promote the value proposition through marketing activities and identify new market opportunities.
• Support administrative sales procedures, cash collection and project management when required.
• Collaborate with project management teams to execute regional and global projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience with MV/LV switchgear and digital solutions for the industry market.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Fluent in English and Croatian (spoken and written); other languages are a plus.
• Valid B‑category driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with MV and LV switchgear.
• Proficiency using MV and LV configurators.
• Knowledge of digital solutions for industrial applications.
