Sales Program Coordinator

About the role

The Sales Program Coordinator implements and communicates regionally defined marketing campaigns for a specified country and business unit. Working closely with the Product Manager and Sales and Marketing Manager, the coordinator supports the local rollout of marketing materials to the sales teams, including compliance approvals, and acts as the point of contact for external suppliers and agencies. The role also covers logistical and administrative support for events, congresses and meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the promotional materials approval process, keeping all parties informed and ensuring regulatory and compliance approvals are received on time
• Ensure job creation in the company approval system for product and meeting requests and track deadlines for each marketing item
• Organize logistics, activities and administration for sales meetings, product launches, congresses and medical education events, and provide logistical support during events
• Produce and certify marketing materials and invitations in line with regulations, and track distributed promotional items to ensure adequate supply to sales teams
• Manage the promotional budget, track expenditures against the tactical plan and handle incoming invoices and purchase orders
• Manage communication and rollout of new, amended and lost materials, business cards and special requests to the sales force, and collect feedback on material suitability
• Provide a yearly event calendar for the sales teams and give administrative and logistical support to the sales force

Required profile

• Track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
• Good understanding of the country's sales and marketing function and of country-specific guidelines, SOPs and codes of practice
• Experience supporting and coordinating event and meeting organization
• Fluent Croatian and English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication skills
