Sales Operations Specialist

About the role

The Sales Operations Specialist will provide operational support for sales activities, coordinate business events and ensure smooth execution of advertising campaigns for our TV and streaming platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Support and coordinate daily sales activities and assist in organizing business events.
• Prepare offers and invoices independently, communicate with clients, and track sales operations administratively.
• Create media plans and monitor the delivery of advertising campaigns on Pickbox 1 and Pickbox 2, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Follow up on agreed tasks, coordinate necessary actions with clients and colleagues.
• Maintain and regularly update contact databases, generate sales data and reports.
• Communicate with clients, partners and event participants in both Croatian and English.
• Organise logistical activities before and during events.
• Contribute to the improvement of sales and administrative processes.
• Assist with other sales, organisational and operational tasks as needed.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in similar roles involving offer preparation, invoicing, reporting and database work.
• Experience in advertising sales or financial‑administrative tasks is a plus.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication and organisational abilities.
• Self‑motivated, responsible, proactive, accurate and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
