Sales Agent in Call Center (m/f)

About the role

You will contact potential customers, listen carefully to their needs and propose the most suitable service offering from Croatia's leading teleoperator. The position includes a paid training program that equips you with all necessary sales and communication skills before you start handling calls.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and assess their requirements.
• Present tailored service proposals and close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve daily and monthly targets.

Required profile

• Willingness to learn and progress in a sales environment.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
• Team player who supports colleagues.
• Preferably some experience in tele‑sales or call‑center work (not mandatory).
