About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Support Agent to join our team in Osijek. You will interact with users of A1 telecom services through multiple communication channels, providing information, promoting campaigns, and supporting sales.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about A1 services via phone, email, chat, or other channels.
• Provide accurate information while actively promoting ongoing campaigns.
• Sell A1 products and services to interested customers.
• Maintain high service quality and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Secondary school education (SSS) or equivalent.
• No prior work experience required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Strong organizational abilities and clear communication.
• Willingness to learn and acquire new knowledge.
