Sales Advisor – Retail and Customer Service

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Advisor to join our boutique in Zagreb. The role focuses on active selling, delivering excellent customer service, and representing high‑quality Croatian design products.

Key responsibilities

• Approach customers proactively, identify their needs, and present products persuasively.
• Sell and showcase jewellery, ceramics, textiles, gifts and other design items.
• Monitor sales targets, manage inventory, receive and display merchandise.
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual standards and overall appearance.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail sales with a proven track record.
• Strong sales orientation, responsibility, independence and professionalism.
• Ability to work with both domestic and foreign customers, fluent in Croatian and English.
• Motivation for long‑term employment and career growth.
