About the role
We are looking for a sales representative who will also handle administrative tasks for our retail and horeca customers. The role combines customer communication, order processing and basic warehouse coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate in writing and by phone with new and existing retail and horeca clients.
- Receive and process customer orders.
- Prepare offers, delivery notes, invoices and production orders.
- Monitor warehouse stock levels.
- Handle general warehouse and material administration.
- Perform other administrative duties as needed.
Required profile
- Team‑oriented, communicative and well‑organized.
- Basic computer knowledge and preferably some related experience.
- Knowledge of English is an advantage.
