About the role

We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team in the coastal towns of Rovinj and Vrsar. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth check‑in and check‑out experience while promoting our accommodation and excursion services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest arrivals and departures, handling registrations and departures efficiently.
• Process walk‑in reservations and sell accommodation capacity on the spot.
• Collect payments for lodging, excursions, and additional services.
• Provide accurate information to guests and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Address simple guest complaints and resolve issues courteously.

Required profile

• Secondary school diploma in hospitality, tourism, or a related field.
• Proficiency in at least two foreign languages (English, German, Italian preferred).
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Polite, welcoming attitude and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Comfortable using a computer for daily tasks.
