About the role

The Hotel Maintenance Technician will ensure the smooth operation of the hotel’s facilities, installations, furniture and equipment. Working on‑site in Rovinj/Vrsar, the role combines routine preventive maintenance with occasional specialised trades work.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain hotel building, installations, furniture and devices according to established procedures.
• Monitor the performance of equipment, devices and installations.
• Carry out regular procedures required for proper functioning of hotel systems within your technical field.
• Manage inventory of spare parts in line with company policies.
• Record daily energy consumption.
• Perform locksmith, painting, wallpapering, tiling, stone‑laying and masonry tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Secondary school (SSS) technical education – electrotechnical, plumbing or mechanical focus.
• Active proficiency in English (understanding and speaking).
• Ability to work in a team, high responsibility and accuracy.
• Friendly, courteous and hospitality‑oriented attitude.
• Self‑reliant, proactive and willing to work shifts.

Required skills

• Proficient use of MS Office suite.
