About the role

Join FACC Solutions Croatia as a Production Worker in the aircraft interior component line. You will work on high‑quality composite parts for the aerospace industry, contributing to safe and comfortable cabin installations.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble aircraft interior components.
• Join and fasten parts using adhesives, fasteners and specialised tools.
• Operate hand and mechanised tools on a daily basis.
• Apply and mix filler compounds with a spatula on composite materials.
• Grind and smooth surfaces manually and with machines.
• Visually inspect parts and correct irregularities by grinding and filling.
• Handle chemicals, mix fillers and clean positions with solvents.
• Maintain a clean and safe workstation.

Required profile

• Preferable experience in a similar production environment, but not mandatory.
• Team‑oriented attitude with a strong desire to learn.
• Willingness to work in a two‑shift system.
