CNC Operator (m/f)

About the role

FACC Solutions Croatia is looking for a motivated CNC Operator to join its high‑tech aviation components production line in Jakovlje. You will work with state‑of‑the‑art CNC equipment to produce precision composite parts for the aerospace industry.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the workstation, tools and equipment for each shift.
• Determine the sequence of machining operations and set up CNC machines.
• Adjust and monitor CNC programs during production.
• Operate and supervise CNC machines, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment.
• Measure finished parts with precision measuring tools.
• Handle manual and mechanised tools, machines and devices.
• Carry out additional related tasks as directed by the line supervisor.

Required profile

• Technical education background.
• Preferably experience with CNC machines.
• Forklift licence is a plus but not mandatory.
• Willingness to learn and work in a dynamic production environment.
• Readiness to work three shifts; night shift pays 50 % premium.
