About the role
We are looking for a motivated Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. The role involves handling aluminum parts through the anodizing process, ensuring quality, and keeping the work area organized.
Key responsibilities
- Perform anodizing (eloksiranje) of aluminum components.
- Conduct incoming goods inspection and verify material quality.
- Assemble parts onto carriers according to production plans.
- Inspect finished parts, package them, and prepare shipments.
- Issue finished goods and maintain cleanliness of the work environment.
- Participate in on‑the‑job training to become fully proficient.
Required profile
- Willingness to learn and follow safety and quality standards.
- Ability to work in shifts (morning 07:00‑15:00 or afternoon 12:00‑20:00).
- Previous experience is a plus but not mandatory.
