About the role
We are looking for a friendly and responsible individual to join our automated clubs across several Croatian cities. The role involves interacting with guests, handling gaming machines, and providing basic hospitality services in a lively environment.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with players and provide assistance.
- Operate and maintain gambling machines.
- Perform cash handling and currency exchange tasks.
- Serve hot and cold beverages to club visitors.
- Carry out additional duties assigned by the club manager.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills, courteous and flexible.
- Responsible and dedicated attitude.
- Minimum secondary school education (SSS).
- Experience in similar roles is a plus but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with hospitality work.
- English language proficiency and basic computer skills are advantageous.
Required skills
- Basic computer operation.
