About the role

The company is looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Worker to ensure reliable operation of process and auxiliary pharmaceutical systems. The role involves preventive and corrective maintenance in a shift‑based environment at the Zagreb site.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, water treatment, steam, compressed air, vacuum and related pharmaceutical utilities according to plans, procedures and manufacturer guidelines.
• Record parameters and activities for each shift following written procedures.
• Monitor and input data for compressor stations, vacuum stations, heating, steam generation, water treatment and other process plants.
• Operate Building Management System (BMS) and Water Management System (WMS).
• Collaborate with electrical and mechanical teams for plant equipment upkeep.
• Assemble, disassemble, adjust and calibrate production equipment.
• Maintain tools, instruments and accessories in good condition.
• Participate in technical improvements of work equipment.
• Test functional and quality performance of process equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality regulations.
• Keep the workplace orderly and clean.

Required profile

• Secondary technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation or related fields.
• Passed exam for compressor station mechanic (preferred, not mandatory).
• Relevant experience in similar roles (preferred, not mandatory).
• Good psychophysical condition.
• Familiarity with process equipment and machinery.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office).
• Willingness to work in shifts.
