About the role

Specijalna bolnica ARITHERA is seeking a motivated physiotherapy graduate to join its multidisciplinary team in the Maksimir district. You will work directly with patients, delivering personalized therapy plans and contributing to a high‑standard care environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial patient assessments and develop individualized physiotherapy programs.
• Apply a wide range of techniques, including kinesitherapy, manual therapy, electrotherapy, thermotherapy, and cryotherapy.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and document outcomes accurately.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, injury prevention, and maintenance of results.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other health professionals.
• Stay updated on the latest physiotherapy trends and continue professional development.

Required profile

• Completed undergraduate degree in physiotherapy (VŠS / Prvostupnik fizioterapije).
• Valid license for independent practice.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology and biomechanics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsibility, empathy and a proactive patient‑focused attitude.
• Category B driving licence.
• Basic English proficiency (A1).
