Project manager (m/ž)

About the role

The Group is looking for a responsible and autonomous Project Manager to lead key and complex projects across its investment gold, financial services, retail and digital channels. You will define clear objectives, manage scope, risks and dependencies, and ensure delivery of agreed results.

Key responsibilities

• Independently lead multiple parallel projects from initiation to closure.
• Translate business initiatives into clear, actionable project plans.
• Define scope, milestones, timelines, budgets, responsibilities and expected outcomes.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, Project Owners, management and external partners.
• Actively manage risks, dependencies, scope changes and open issues.
• Ensure clear ownership of tasks and monitor execution of agreed activities.
• Identify blockers early and trigger necessary decisions or escalations.
• Conduct effective project meetings with clear minutes, owners and deadlines.
• Report project status, deviations, risks and required decisions to senior management.
• Prioritise resources when multiple projects compete for limited assets.
• Close projects with documented hand‑over, results verification and lessons learned.
• Contribute to the development of simple and efficient project‑management standards at Group level.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience leading complex projects, programs or business transformations.
• Proven ability to manage several projects simultaneously, handling priorities and inter‑dependencies.
• Capability to lead people and achieve results without formal hierarchical authority.
• Skill in turning vague business requirements into structured project plans.
• Strong prioritisation skills and ability to distinguish critical from non‑critical tasks.
• Willingness to escalate promptly when a project deviates from plan.
• High degree of autonomy, personal responsibility, precision and result orientation.
• Very good knowledge of project planning, tracking and reporting tools.
• Relevant higher education (VSS or VŠS) or equivalent proven experience.
