Project Manager (Construction) (m/f)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of new Museum of Illusions locations. You will be the main point of contact on the construction side, ensuring each project moves from planning to successful opening.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full construction delivery cycle for new museum sites, from project planning to opening.
• Coordinate with architects, local partners, contractors, vendors and other stakeholders.
• Identify and manage local construction partners, support tendering processes and evaluate proposals.
• Oversee construction sites and fit‑out works to ensure quality and compliance with approved plans.
• Monitor project budgets, track committed costs and flag potential overruns.
• Plan and track timelines, taking corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.
• Serve as the primary construction‑side contact for daily questions, decisions, issues and escalations.
• Contribute to team processes and provide regular status reports.

Required profile

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management and site supervision.
• Fluent English with confidence communicating with international stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organisational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Excellent communication and people‑management skills.
• Proactive, hands‑on and solution‑oriented attitude.
