Project Manager – Construction & Fit‑Out

About the role

You will own the full project lifecycle for new venue openings and refurbishments, guiding each site from shell‑and‑core handover to the day customers walk through the doors. The role combines on‑site construction oversight with stakeholder coordination across commercial properties and shopping centres.

Key responsibilities

• Lead construction, technical, and interior fit‑out activities for new venues and refurbishments.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, cost estimates, budgets and performance dashboards.
• Manage relationships with contractors, specialist suppliers, consultants, architects, engineers and landlords.
• Ensure compliance with quality, health & safety, technical documentation and company design standards.
• Identify and mitigate site issues early, managing risk with decisive action.
• Provide clear progress reports to senior management and PE stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience delivering construction or real‑estate projects end‑to‑end.
• Strong stakeholder management – comfortable in both site meetings and boardroom presentations.
• Highly organised, self‑driven and able to juggle multiple live projects across locations.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and a valid Category B driving licence.
