About the role

We are looking for a motivated assembly worker to join our team in Zagreb and take part in the construction of modular houses and other prefabricated structures. The role involves on‑site installation, handling of large‑panel systems and ensuring high‑quality workmanship.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble modular houses and other prefabricated objects using large‑panel systems.
• Perform roofing, façade and dry‑construction tasks on site.
• Operate and maintain construction equipment responsibly.
• Travel to various work sites and stay on‑site as required.
• Collaborate with supervisors and communicate progress effectively.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience assembling large‑panel modular systems.
• Willingness to work in field conditions.
• Valid B‑category driving licence and ability to drive a van.
• Understanding of all construction phases.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.

• Gross salary range €3,200‑€4,000 per month (approximately €13 net per hour).
