About the role

Svijet medija d.o.o. is looking for enthusiastic sales associates to work in its electronics, home‑appliance, gaming and watch departments across several Croatian malls. You will help customers find the perfect product while delivering a memorable shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and inspire customers to choose the right electronic, appliance, toy, gaming product or watch.
• Present and sell a wide range of merchandise, meeting daily sales targets.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
• Utilise digital tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook and the internet to support sales activities.
• Collaborate with the team while also taking personal responsibility for results.

Required profile

• Strong communication and sales skills with a passion for interacting with people.
• Positive, clear and professional attitude.
• Customer‑focused mindset that creates memorable experiences.
• Eagerness to learn about the latest trends in electronics and gaming.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Preferred: previous retail experience in electronics, appliances or gaming.
