About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic sales associate to join our footwear store in Zagreb. You will work directly with customers, manage the cash desk, and support both in‑store and online sales. The position offers a dynamic environment where you can develop practical retail skills.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the cash register and handle transactions.
• Receive, display, and present footwear products.
• Serve customers through direct sales and provide product advice.
• Process orders and sales through the webshop.
• Conduct regular inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude.
• High level of collegiality, reliability, and a consistently positive work outlook.
• Politeness and professionalism on the shop floor.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Proficiency in English.
• Completed secondary education (SSS).
• Previous sales experience of at least six months is desirable but not mandatory.
