About the role

You will join the sales team of a modern optical store in Split, helping customers find the right eyewear and contact lenses while contributing to the store’s sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Approach customers proactively, identify needs and provide professional advice.
• Sell sunglasses, prescription glasses, contact lenses and related accessories.
• Present products in an engaging and sales‑effective manner.
• Identify additional sales opportunities and propose the best solutions for each client.
• Assist customers in selecting frames based on style, aesthetics and budget.
• Track personal and team sales goals and actively work to achieve them.
• Maintain an attractive product presentation and a tidy sales area.
• Manage inventory, place orders and handle online order pickups.
• Stay updated on fashion trends, new collections and developments in optics.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant retail experience (optics, fashion or specialized retail).
• Preferably completed training as an optician or related optical education.
• Strong sales orientation with the ability to recognise opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills and a natural, friendly approach to customers.
• Interest in fashion, aesthetics and eyewear.
• Goal‑driven, reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
