About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic people to join the creation of a recognizable Croatian brand offering domestic and ecological products. As a Sales Advisor you will help customers discover quality, health, creativity and authentic local flavours while contributing to the growth of our store.

Key responsibilities

• Sell, present and advise customers on product selection.
• Operate the cash register and handle payments.
• Receive, inspect and organize merchandise.
• Maintain a tidy and attractive sales area.
• Monitor product shelf‑life and quality.
• Communicate daily with customers and support their assortment choices.
• Track inventory and report replenishment needs.
• Check prices, labels and promotional markings.
• Participate in planning promotional activities, special offers and gift packages.
• Provide suggestions to improve sales and customer experience.
• Report regularly to supervisors on stock levels, sales performance and store needs.

Required profile

• At least a completed secondary vocational education.
• Preferably retail or customer‑service experience (not mandatory).
• Strong communication skills, courteous and professional attitude.
• Responsible, tidy, accurate and able to work independently.
• Team‑oriented and willing to contribute to store development.
• Basic computer and cash‑register knowledge is a plus.
• Interest in domestic, local and ecological products.
• Eagerness to learn about the assortment, products and customer needs.
