About the role

We are looking for a friendly and reliable sales associate to work at our bakery display case. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them choose from a range of freshly baked products while maintaining a pleasant atmosphere in the shop.

Key responsibilities

• Sell bakery products and provide attentive customer service.
• Arrange and restock items in the display case.
• Keep the work area clean and adhere to HACCP hygiene standards.
• Maintain and care for equipment and work surfaces.
• Follow all health, safety and sanitation regulations.
• Report any equipment faults, shortages or irregularities.
• Request additional stock as needed.

Required profile

• Secondary education, preferably in hospitality (KV/SSS), but not mandatory.
• At least two years of retail or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of at least one foreign language, preferably English.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Reliability, accuracy, flexibility and a team‑oriented mindset.
• High sense of responsibility and willingness to continuously learn.
