About the role

Your day begins by preparing the pastry shop for service. Dressed in an elegant uniform, you greet guests, offer them coffee and a choice of our assorted macarons or cakes, and ensure orders are promptly sent to the bar via the Orderman system.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the venue each morning and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Serve coffee, pastries, and cakes while providing friendly, attentive service.
• Process orders through the Orderman POS and coordinate with the bar staff.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and issue receipts.
• Assist guests in selecting items from the menu and suggest additional purchases.

Required profile

• Friendly, smiling demeanor that creates a pleasant atmosphere for guests.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient when serving multiple guests simultaneously.
• Team‑oriented mindset, willing to share knowledge and support colleagues.
